I have bought a number of items from Finisterre and have always had a brilliant experience. I had one issue with an item purchased recently, got in touch with Customer Services who got back to me very quickly, were very keen to rectify the issue and sorted it right away.

After taking delivery of my 'Stormbird' jacket,my wife was impressed with the stand out quality.
She ordered a pair of Pallafin Hi - Palladium + Finisterre boots.
Wow absolutely great looking boot totally different very comfortable, walking or casual these are class
So impressed she got the khaki ones , but has also now ordered the grey ones !.
I've can only write good things about this brand, great customer service, very very helpful over the phone,and being from up North,I only dropped on the brand on line,very few people have discovered it up here.
It does feel like you are wearing something different,when you see all the people in the usual brands....I like that.

A couple of very happy customers

Bought numerous items from Finisterre over the last couple of years and have always found them to be good quality and well designed. Staff always helpful and friendly. Prices can be a little on the high side at times so it’s worth looking out for sales.

Ordered a pair on Saturday delivered for free on a Tuesday wore round the house for a day. Went for a walk in the evening; comfortable, warm, yet to experience if they are waterproof am sure will soon test. All good and really pleased. Shame not in the same green as the boot.

The Nimbus jacket is so comfortable and a lovely fit. I wear it almost everyday. I had a couple of issues with the first one but upon contacting customer service it was replaced promptly. Highly recommend!

Formerly a super fan of Finisterre. They failed to prepare for Brexit and are now unable to dispatch to Europe - which I would allow for considering the circumstances - except for a complete lack of communication and unprofessionalism demonstrated in attempts to get updates on the matter. Promises to provide updates - relinquished on. Zero personal responsibility or accountability taken. Seems likely the struggles of the e-comm team may be more organisational than fiscal. I was such a super fan I invested (albeit a relatively small amount) in this brand, which I now regret in acknowledgement of vast commercial shortcomings. Oh, and the fact three months has passed with no resolution to European shipping issues, or any default communication. Not good for a B-CORP. I’ve just had to unsubscribe from newsletters as I note that fastidious advertising continues yet not a word on the failings or challenges of the organisation which would be timely considering B-CORPS alignment with harnessing power of business for positive impact, including that on (global) communities.
Currently hunting down a new alternative to Finisterre, or alternatively - taking up knitting. ????

Cannot fault the shopping experience on the website, or the the quality of the products. Great shop!

I had to send back the Mora knit jumper twice as it either arrived damaged or fell apart as soon as I wore it. The third time I asked for a refund but they sent me yet another jumper. Within a month the same problem has occurred. With the weave coming apart around the neck line. These are very poor quality and still very expensive. 3 out of 3 can’t be a coincidence

I’ve bought multiple items of clothing from Finisterre (both online and in store). Their commitment to sustainability as a B-certified company and quality of the clothing is what makes them my favourite brand.

Love this company. I've bought shorts, t-shirts and jackets from them and so far I've been very impressed. The clothes feel great and are clearly well made. Their customer service is great too and the packaging is fantastic.
My only complaiint is that the nicest things sell out really quickly!! But that's probably good for the planet because I'm buying less often :)
